Kind of Faked - _TNY_2198
This is an edited photograph. In the original, the yellow lichen on the left was a bit further away from the green tiger beetle (Cicindela campestris) - but I wanted both in the shot, but lose some of theempty space around it so you can see the details on the beetle better.
That's why I cut out the lichen and moved it a bit to the right and then touched up the edge of the cut which I think turned out reasonably well.
