A female mylotes cattleheart (Parides eurimedes) which unusually allowed me to shoot the dorsal side of the wings. Most of the times, they rest with their wings closed - like in the shot I posted yesterday here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/52960191286/
The way to tell this is a female is the white fields on the wings. The malse have them in a bit of a different shape, plus they are pale green instead of white.
