The common drone fly (Eristalis tenax) is a quite bee-like species. This particular one is a female as can be seen by the eyes not touching each other.
I found here on a hawkweed (Hieracium sp.) at Oxnö klippbad on the Gålö peninsula as late in the season as October 9th.
