Tired Robber - _TNY_7148S7
This is a robber fly, possible a kite-tailed robberfly (Tolmerus atricapillus) which had taken a wrong turn and ended up inside our glazed patio.
Having tired itself out a bit trying to get out, it was sitting upside down on the inside of the plastic channeled roof so I got myself a step-ladder and took some shots.
This is a seven-exposure focusstack which was compiled into a single image using Zerene Stacker.
