With Parasites, Pt. 3 - _TNY_1450

This hoverfly which is pollinating a common yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a thick-legged hoverfly (Syritta pipiens).

 

The red balls are some sort of red velvet mite (Trombidiidae) parasitizing on the fly.
