Mysterious Stranger, Pt. 2 - _TNY_9601
Here's an in my opinion, really cool-looking, ichneumonoid wasp (and as evidenced by the ovipositor, a female). Looking at the wing pattern and the two recurrent veins, I would say this is a member oc Ichneumonidae and not Braconidae.
I haven't been able to figure out the species but the dark green eyes are magic.
This was taken at 2:1 magnification and body length (without ovipositor) is 7.1mm.
