Log Wolf Spider - _NY_9000
This fuzzy beauty is a wolf spider known as Acantolycosa lignaria. It has no common English name, but the Swedish one, stockvargspindel translates into "log wolf spider".
This is a female and typically, I see these either carrying an egg sac under their abdomen or with all her little spiderlings on her back.
Here's an older shot of one with slings on her back: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/23180873939/
