Love is Golden - _TNY_9159

This very reflective couple which were feeling amorous are brassy willow beetles (Phratora vitellinae).

 

They weren't easily disturbed which was fortunate as this combination of dark colour and metallic was quite tricky to get a decent photo of so it took me a bunch of shots - and this was the only one that I'm keeping.
