The red base colour of this meadow longhorn beetle (Stenurella melanura) tell us that it is a female. If it had been a male, it would have had a sort of tobacco brown hue instead.
I found her on an ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) next to an unused forest road at Kullarmark outside Härnösand Sweden and the framing here makes me tink of a fried egg to be honest.
If you zoom in on the black pronotum (the middle body segment), you'll see that I managed to capture some good detail on the pitting there.
