The shears (Hada plebeja) is a nice fuzzy moth - or in this case, two of them.
After completing this business, the female lay her eggs on their preferred host plants, in this case they like dandelions and hawkweed and a couple of more species.
I found this couple in the Paradiset nature reserve in Huddinge, Sweden in a poor spot so this is from when I was trying to move them out of the way. Part 1 is form they were still on the ground here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/52430905682/
