The Summer is On, Pt. 3 - _TNY_2190

I was starting off my summer vacation of 2021 with a couple of weeks at my mother-in-law's place just outside Härnösand, Sweden.

 

Just outside her greenhouse, there was a castor oil plant (Ricinus communis) and on one of those large leaves I found this summer orbweaver (Metellina mengei) which looked kind of cool.

 

No idea why the colour of the leaf came out this pale and weird though.
