Comparing Wolves, Pt. 2 - _TNY_0577
Looking at a photo, it can be difficult to gauge how muich of the quality of it stems from the equipment as different subjects in different enviroments obviously affect it.
Here is male ground wolf spider (Trochosa terricola) I found on a gravel road in the Käringboda nature reserve near Nynäshamn, Sweden.
This one was taken using my regular macro gear with a diffused flash and a Canon EF100mm f/2.8L IS Macro and a Raynox DCR-250.
For comparison's sake, I tried taking the same photo using the dedicated macro lens on my phone and you can find it here:
