I'm not entirely sure on the ID of this one, but I believe it is a male yellow-clubbed glasswing (Scaeva selenitica).
He was hanging out on a dandelion when I was walking from the parking at Åva-Stensjödal in Tyresta National Park, Sweden, and allowed me a photo or two.
