My Daniel was seven when we visited the Thai island of Koh Lipe back in 2016.
One of the days there we booked a snorkling trip, but at the first stop he didn't really dare to get in the water so he stayed onboard the longtail boat (with mom) while I enjoyed the sights under the surface.
For the next stop on the trip, he had changed his mind though and was instead difficult to get out of the water.
