High Dining - _TNY_1427

The purple angleica (Angellica gigas) is a very tall flower, this inflorescence was almost at eye level for me (184 cm/6'1") and they are mighty popular to feed on by pollinating insects.

 

Here, it is a female of the hoverfly the pale-saddled Leucozona (Leucozona glaucia and a red-tailed bumblebee (Bombus lapidarius) which are visiting.
