Blond Moth - _TNY_1892
The sallow (Cirrhia icteritia - some catalogue it as Xanthia ictertia), is a moth that can vary quite a lot in intensity. Either almost completely yellow like this one or with brown markings along the front edge of the wings. They always have the two distinct black spots on the wings though.
This one like so many other moths was sleeping on the side of my house when I got back from work in the morning.
