Pink Highrises - TNY_20210711_105904

A short video clip of how the really pretty pink flowers of the house leek (Sempervivum tectorum) grow and also an unusually chill European wool carder bee (Anthidium manicatum) munching pollen on top of one of them. Apologies for the focusing issues.

Since most of the shots of these bees on this flower are very close up, I figured a video clip from a little further away could be interesting.

For my album of 40+ shots of these bees, mostly on these house leeks, have a look here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/albums/72157667862870066
