Wasp for Lunch - _TNY_5474

Just a couple of meters away from the male European garden spider (Araneus diadematus) I posted yesterday (here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/51417841268/) I found this large female enjoying lunch.

 

For today, the menu consisted of common wasp (Vespula vulgaris) which seemed to go down well
