Tired Lady, Pt. 4 - _TNY_0516
The large panes of glass in my mother-in-law's greenhouse (in Härnösand, Sweden) sometimes trap interesting guests.
Often, they are quite tired after trying to get out of the warm greenhouse straight through the glass for some time. This female leafcutter bee (Megachile sp.) was one such visitor.
She was very tired and sat still on the knuckle of my finger while I took a couple of shots before I took here outside and left her on a flower where she stayed for quite some time recuperating on nectar. This is at 2.4:1 magnification.
