So White it is Turning Blue - _TNY_0493

This female goldenrod crab spider (Misumena vatia), like all of her kind can change colour from deep yellow, via light green all the way to pure white. The process isn't immediate like with a chameleon or octopus, but instead take a couple of days.

 

This particular one appears to have tried to take the colour even beyond white and look like it is turning blue.
