This little encounter from right next to lake Stensjön in Tyresta National Park is a couple of (Empis borealis) mating.
Dance flies seem to enjoy doing it like this with the male hanging on with two (or so) legs and using some of the rest to hold on to the female underneath.
This lady is however occupied with eating the gift in form of a smaller insect which her partner brought her before they got it on.
