The Stare - _TNY_8532

This kite-tailed robberfly (Tolmerus atricapillus - or sometimes Machimus atricapillus) with a freshly caught lunch really put the stare on me when I leaned in to capture a shot of it eating.

 

This is also a good shot to see what their cool feet look like with those twin claws.
