A male Chrysilla versicolor jumping spider on my arm in Koh Lanta, Thailand.

 

In this shot, it shows quite clearly what the draback of using a ring flash like the Yongnuo YN14EX I had at the time (this is from early 2016): the reflections the flash elements make in the eyes of spiders. Since the flash is so far up front, diffusing them properly is almost impossible.
