Grey Spool - _TNY_3016
This yellow and grey beauty is a scarce footman (Eilema complanum). Unlike other similar footman species, thes ones prefer to keep their wings closer together when resting giving them a more pronounced spool shape.
Like so many other moths, I found this one when coming home from work as it was sleeping on the side of the house early in the morning after a busy night of partying.
