Small and Green - _TNY_7200

This small bee with the really sweet metallic green colour is a common gree furrow-bee (Lasioglossum morio). Like all solitary bees, they haven't got a queen so each female has to provide for here own offspring, but they have no problem digging near each other so I have a nice little colony in front of the house every year.
