The Difference a Background Makes - _TNY_6042
I first photographed this juvenile Sitticus terebratus jumping spider on a white garage door (here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/50058390758/), but when it decided my big lens wasn't cool it let go and dropped all the way to the ground.
Luckily for me I managed to reaquire my target and took this one, but what is cool is howw much lighter in colour it appear with a less bright background.
Shot at 3.7:1 magnification using the Canon MP-E65mm.
