Live Long and Prosper, Pt. 2 - _TNY_0778
This guy on a birch leaf is a nursery web spider (Pisaura mirabilis), belonging to the Pisauridae family.
Pisauridae spiders very often have their legs like this with the two frontmost ones places close together. I have no idea what the advantage of this could be, but it makes me think of Mr. Spock and his Vulcan salute in the Star Trek TV series.
