Steady Supply of Pretty - _TNY_7321

Before a couple of years ago, I had never seen a common green furrow-bee (Lasioglossum morio), but then I discovered that these very small bees liked to nest in the soil among the flowers in front of the (southern side of the) house.

Even greater was that they like to perch on the white bricks of the house so I have quite good access to small motives to try out adjustments in camera gear - or when I want a pretty model to shoot.

I believe the long antennae on this one can tell us this is a male.
