Purple Cavern of Pollen, Pt. 5 - _TNY_4316
Here's a fifth shot of this little girl, hard at work inside a nice purple triumph tulip "Negrita" and covering herself in yellow pollen in the process. She is a sweat bee in the Lasioglossum genus but I'm not entirely sure which exact species.
Using a nice key I found (www.artnyckeln.se/type/lasioglossum-1005524-fullbildade-s...) and multiple photos I managed to narrow it down to one of five species (out of the thirty in the country), but in the end it has to end up as Lasioglossum sp.
