Beautiful demoiselles (Calopteryx virgo) change colour a bit with age. This is a female and they go from more green to this nice bronze/gold tone and as you can see, they get a little bit of red in there as well.
This one was from by the beaver dam by the south end of the lower pond in Stensjödal in Tyresta National Park.
