No, this juvenile raft spider (Dolomedes fimbriatus) is not eating whatever little insect it has caught while flying like it looks here.
It had constructed its web over one of the leaves of the purple Angelica (Angelica gigas) and the flash simply didn't pick up on the strands of the web.
