Speed Demon, Pt. 6 - _TNY_4622
I went for a walk around Stensjön (Rock Lake) in Tyresta National park in seach of green tiger beetles (Cicindela campestris) and met several which actually let me get real close.
What still hurts though (yes, almost two years later) is that I managed to get as close as the 100mm + DCR-250 would let me (~2.6:1) to the face of one and snap several shots that would've been absolutely magnificient, had my flash not decided to overheat
and fire too weakly which I only noticed aftwerwards when the portraits were almost black.
So that's the reason I use a Godox instead of a Meike these days.
