Eye of Nature - _TNY_1938
This little bowl is a not yet opened heartleaf oxeye (Telekia speciosa).
In just a little while it will open up completely and become a wonderful, yellow landing pad attracting loads of insects, especially butterflies. In fact, they like it so much that I've been able to shoot butterflies on these using the Canon MP-E65mm which is a lens that can't focus farther away than 101 mm (4").
