A Barbut's cuckoo-bee (Bombus barbutellus) on top of an orpine (Hylotelephium telephium).
Like all cuckoo bees, this species imitates other species of bumblebees and parasitize on them. This one specializing on B. hortorum and B. ruderatus.
Not entirely sure what the white stuff on its back really is - but it makes me think of danduff!
