Scary Fly, Pt. 2 - _TNY_0934

This somewhat scary-looking fly is a Ferruginous bee-grabber (Sicus ferrugineus).

 

Their behaviour actually matches the scary look as they parasitize on bumblebees and the larvae pupate and overwinter inside their victims.
