The silent leaf-runner cricket or silent leaf runner (Metioche vittaticollis) is a predator and typicaly feeds on planthoppers.
This one was hunting on the water plants in the garden at Mercury Phu Quoc Resort & Villas in Phu Quoc, Vietnam and I bet he had great success there as there were loads of Meenoplid planthoppers on those leaves.
