Dinner Before Dinner, Pt. 2 - _TNY_7091S2
Found this kite-tailed robber fly (Tolmerus atricapillus) sitting outside the window when I went to the store for some missing ingredient for making dinner and decided my wife wouldn't be ok with me going back inside, assembling the macro rig and shoot a bunch of shots of it so I went to the store instead.
When I got back however, I discovered that the robber was still eating its prey so I couldn't resist and went in for the camera and got a few shots before me getting too close scared it off.
