Last Year's Clothes - _TNY_6000

This female black darter/meadowhawk (Sympetrum danae) has just crawled out of the garden pond and up on a blade of grass where she's gotten out of her old suit (on the left) and emerged as an adult dragonfly. Since her wings are still drying here she couldn't fly away from my camera for a little while.
