The Misnomer - _TNY_0581

If I was to name this blowfly, I don't think I would choose black-bellied clusterfly (Pollenia amentaria) like it turned out, but instead probably make a reference to the beautiful golden hairs on the back.

 

Obviously it has great taste though, climbing around inside the dark variety of the great masterwort (Astrantia major).
