Being Unable to Scratch an Itch, Pt. 1 - _TNY_6840

This unfortunate female Platycheirus sp. hoverfly has got a most unwanted passenger - a parasitic mite which was clearly uncomfortable for the fly (on top of that sucking the life juices out of you part) and it couldn't even fold its wings properly.
