I'm pretty confident this is a young male Lathrecista asiatica asiatica, commonly known as "Asiatic Bloodtail" (and sometimes by the fantastic "Scarlet Grenadier").
Photo taken at Pa Phru Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam in Krabi which is a mangrove forest quite worth the visit.
