This is a gypsy's cuckoo bumblebee (Bombus bohemicus) on a Canadian hawkweed (Hieracium umbellatum) and like all cuckoo bumblebees, it parasitizes on other bumblebee species and lay their eggs in the nests of others.

 

This particular species specializes on B. magnus and B. lucorum.
