A ringlet butterfly (Aphantopus hyperantus) on top of that very best of flowers - great masterwort (Astrantia major).
I picked this one up on my finger when it got stuck on the inside of a window in the greenhouse and took it out and put it on the masterwort and it stayed there eating for about an hour before flying off.
