Wheels of Time - TNY_7705S7
Opening up my great-grandfather's Omega Grand Prix 1900 from circa 1910 reveals quite a lot of tiny stuff (which still work).
I believe this was originally bought by my great-grandfather who passed it on to his son and all the way on down to me.
This is a seven shot focus stack combined using Zerene Stacker.
