The number of these EVENING GROSBEAKS has declined significantly in recent decades as a study by the Audubon Society had suggested:

The only time I've seen these guys is at the visitors' center (winter feeder) of Algonquin Provincial Park...3 hours drive north of Toronto.

 

Like other species of Grosbeaks, these guys like bird feeders and thus it's not too difficult to capture them in-flight.
