Fried Dumplings!

Dumplings (饺子) are synonymous with the Chinese, and there are many ways of cooking this ultra-delicious food. It can be cooked in just water, hence the term "water dumplings", or pan fried over low to medium heat like the "pot-stickers" (锅贴) above. The fillings are typically pork, cabbage, chives and shrimps.
