I did a similar shot months ago but it was taken in midday. I finally had the time and gumption to haul some of my strobist gear to the second floor for a night shot. Two 285HVs, one on camera left about one stop less than the one on camera right. I used full CTB (color temp blue) gels to give the impression of moonlight and set the camera white balance on manual and 5500K. I wish I would've done something to prevent the highlights in the bottom right - may be next time.
