Sculpted Face
“Deus Ex Machina” public art sculpture by Sebastien Boyeson at The Riverfront, Newport (south Wales). He created this sculpture using digital laser scanning of actual objects which are then reassembled as ‘slices’ to re-create the illusion of three dimensional form. The sculpture is intended to be very theatrical because of the way that it changes as the viewer walks around it.
