Yellow-chevroned Parakeet
This tiny parakeet is native to tropical South America but has been introduced to other areas including the USA. You can't see the yellow chevrons on its upperwings from this angle. They are only 20-25cm long, and often hang around in noisy groups. They nest in holes in trees and feed on seeds and fruit. I photographed this flying individual in Brazil's Pantanal.
