My favourite treat for breakfast

Oatmeal cooked in water for about 5-10 minutes, sprinkled with crushed cardamom, flax- and chia seeds, a few papaya seeds, half a persimmon, a few walnuts, cashews and a couple of dates. Utterly delicious !

I could it it every day for the rest of my life :-)
